The system integrates PLC control and features a human-machine interface touchscreen. Sensor inputs can be selected as active/inactive via the operating interface according to actual needs, thus meeting the usage requirements of different environments. The system includes functions such as positive pressure explosion-proof control, fire and gas detection and alarm, system monitoring, alarm and fault and status history logging, emergency shutdown, safety power output, and remote shutdown and alarm output. The system can display alarm status in real time and can output alarms and store alarm records. The system can record in real time data such as combustible gas concentration, toxic gas concentration, pressure difference, and temperature, and can review and query real-time and historical curve graphs of the above data to facilitate the assessment of the system environment.
This system is suitable for onshore and offshore platform service applications under various climatic and environmental conditions.
