Fog divine obstacle light navigation system

HG-FHOLNS-001 Fog flute obstacle light navigation aid system is developed independently by Hainhold Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. It is an acoustooptic navigation aid sign system for fixed platform, mobile platform, single point mooring device, artificial island and other offshore facilities. In the case of night or low atmospheric visibility, the system can provide warning through specific light and sound signals. The beacon lamp and fog flute are both Morse-u signals.
Fog flute
The fog flute should be guaranteed to be heard by any ship coming in any direction, at least 2 nautical miles; the installation height should be above the average tide high tide surface, not less than 6m, not higher than 30m; when the visibility at sea is less than
At 2n mile, the horn should automatically open the apostrophe. The acoustic rhythm of the fog flute is the Morse signal "U" (·· —) with a maximum period of 30 seconds.

Output 1: main/sub fog horn, beacon light, high altitude obstacle light
Output 2: Visibility sensor and light switch
Output 3: Fault alarm output, the control system code in the control cabinet generates the international common “morse-u” signal required by the beacon light and fog horn:
Navigation signal light (T=12s):
Fog signal (T=30s):
High altitude obstacle light signal
High altitude obstacle light
Red obstacle lights should be installed at the horizontal and vertical ends of the platform.
1. Lamp working voltage: DC: 10.5V ~ 13V
2. Daylight switch: 0~400LX (adjustable)
3. Light range: >4.1 nautical miles (T=0.95)
4. Effective light intensity: 2500 cd ± 25%
5. Ambient temperature: -45°C~+50°C
6. Protection level: IP56

Navigation light
The beacon light should be installed around the platform. The structure and installation position of the lamp should ensure that the navigation approaches from any direction. The ship of the platform should see at least one light, and the set height of the beacon light should be above the average tide and high tide surface.
Not less than 6m, not higher than 30m; the minimum visual intensity of the beacon light is 1400cd, the vertical distribution of the outgoing beam should be visible from the vicinity of the platform to the maximum range of the light; the flashing characteristic of the beacon light is Morse.
The signal "U" (··-), with a maximum period of 15 seconds, has a Morse signal "U".
1. Working voltage: DC24V
2. Daylight switch: 0~500LX (adjustable)
3. Light range: >4.1 nautical miles (T=0.95)
4. Effective light intensity: 2500 cd ± 25%
5. Working environment: -40 ° C ~ +70 ° C
6. Protection level: IP56
7. Weight: 4kg
Visibility sensor
1. Range: 0-10km
2. Data scanning period: 1min
3. Mean time between failures: 20000 hours
Performance: Real-time monitoring of visibility values, providing passive switching signals when visibility is less than 2 nautical miles,
Provides a signal for automatically starting the fog whistle (the set value can be adjusted according to the actual situation).
