Dalian Port - Lian Gang 56 The vessel was invested by Liao Port Co., Ltd. and built by Zhenjiang Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Province. Dalian Haien Gebhard Electrical Apparatus Co., Ltd. provided a full set of main switchboards, engine room monitoring systems, and control consoles, among other key electro-control products. in 2024 year 5 Month started, and completed in 2025 year 3 month and obtained the ship inspection certificate. It is the first newly built tugboat of Dalian Port's tug and barge branch since 2015 year.
This vessel is a dual-purpose, full-rotating tugboat with a total length of 36.5 meters, molded width of 10.9 meters, and molded depth of 5.2 meters. The main engine power is 6500 horsepower, classed by China Classification Society ( CCS ). This vessel achieved multiple breakthroughs in equipment application and technological innovation. According to the latest ship inspection standards and combined with the actual needs of port production operations, the newly designed hull has a precisely designed gross tonnage of 498 tons, a first for similar vessels in China. It also obtained AUTO-0、B3 ice area, FiFi-1 class fire-fighting, etc., classification marks. The engine room uses a new internal circulation cooling system for the first time, and the main engine and rudder propeller use domestically produced equipment for the first time. The control console uses the world's latest split-type, ergonomic, easy-to-operate, and automated control system with a heads-up display function, provided by Dalian Haien Gebhard Company. This is the first attempt at domestication of major ship equipment within the Liao Port Group, significantly reducing construction and maintenance costs. The bow is equipped with a double anchor windlass, and the stern is equipped with a towing winch, catering to both harbor operations and various towing conditions. The overhead instrument panel and large mast collision avoidance radar ensure both operational convenience and safety.
