Brazil's national oil company successfully passed the acceptance test for Project P84!

The P84 project team from Brazil's national oil company successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the equipment at our production site from September 15 to 24. This ten-day validation process encompassed a comprehensive range of inspections, including equipment performance testing, safety system verification, automated control debugging, and environmental compliance assessments. The project team meticulously followed international standards and the customer’s technical specifications, conducting 72-hour continuous operation tests on the core equipment. Throughout this period, no functional failures occurred, and all technical parameters met or exceeded the benchmarks outlined in the contract. During the acceptance phase, our technical team maintained seamless collaboration with the expert panel from Brazil’s national oil company, addressing minor issues promptly through daily technical briefings. Notably, in response to the customer’s request for optimizing the remote monitoring interface, our R&D department swiftly delivered a system upgrade within 48 hours and re-validated it, demonstrating our ability to respond rapidly. On the afternoon of September 24, the acceptance committee unanimously signed off on the final report during the closing meeting, officially marking the project’s transition into the delivery phase. This successful FAT test was made possible by the concerted efforts of all departments: the production team worked overtime for three consecutive weeks to complete pre-installation and commissioning tasks; the quality department rigorously tracked and documented 237 inspection data points throughout the process; and the logistics team proactively planned the cross-border transportation strategy. Special recognition goes to the professional guidance provided by the Brazilian national oil company’s technical team. We sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, particularly Mr. Carlos, the project leader, whose insightful recommendations during the acceptance phase have already laid a solid foundation for executing future overseas projects. We look forward to deepening our collaboration with Brazil’s national oil company across an even broader spectrum of opportunities!
