HGEI-10TypeElectronic Inclinometer

Overview

Roll Period and Heel Angle and other environmental dataIt is extremely important for monitoring the attitude of ships and their payloads.

The electronic inclinometer can provide information to assist crew members in the decision-making process to avoid dangerous situations; it can also provide effective data on the ship in maritime accident investigations.

HGEI-10TypeThe electronic inclinometer is independently developed and manufactured by Dalian Haien Gebhard Electrical Apparatus Co., Ltd. This marine electronic inclinometer makes full use of modern electronic technology to realize multi-parameter acquisition, display and automatic data processing, and transmits it to INS/VDR.

System Composition
The standard configuration of the HGEI-10 electronic inclinometer includes a control unit and a display unit.

1. Display Unit
HGEI-10TypeThe electronic inclinometer'sThe display unit receives instantaneous attitude and motion data from the sensors built into the control unit and displays the following on the display interface:
(1) Instantaneous heel angle
(2) Roll period
(3) Tilt amplitude (port and starboard)
(4) Pitch angle
The display unit can also provide a heel angle alarm function. This function can be set to be effective or invalid via the touch screen, and the alarm threshold can alsobe set via the touch screen.

2. Control Unit
HGEI-10TypeThe electronic inclinometer'sThe control unit has built-in sensors that can measure the ship's heel angle and pitch angle in real time. By collecting sensor data and using Kalman filtering, it outputs real-time attitude data. Due to the use of triaxial accelerometers and triaxial gyroscopes and temperature compensation algorithms, it achieves excellent stability and real-time performance in all attitudes and can reliably calculate the ship's attitude in the presence of various linear and rotational movements, ensuring measurement accuracy under any possible conditions the ship may encounter.
The control unit has a built-in DC24V power module to provide power for the entire electronic inclinometer system.
The control unit has a built-in ±10V interface that can be connected to a pointer-type remote display.
The control unit has a built-in IEC 61162-450 digital interface that can be connected to VDR and INS.

3. Remote Display (Optional Unit)

The pointer-type remote display can display instantaneous heel angle data for port and starboard.
